Most likely the left side not pairing with the right one. Try forgetting the connection with your device and syncing the buds, literally turn both of the buds off by pressing on them for 2+ seconds before you hear the drop and putting them in the charging case, before reconnect with the device.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As per Anker customer care, Right one is main and needs to be out of case while in use. If you keep Right in case and keep only left in ear, nothing works. Bluetooth gets disconnected
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That is where things get complicated. With wireless earBUDS, the right one pairs to your phone and the left one actually only pairs to the right one. So if you're trying to listen to music or whatever and your phone isn't in a direct path with no interference, ie in your back pocket or backpack, you wont have a steady connection. True wireless is still a relatively new technology with room for improvement from everyone, and even with Anker using the latest 5.0 bluetooth their less than par quality doesn't keep up with the tech they're sporting. I'd recommend skullcandy indy. Same shape, MUCH better sound and with a useable 5.0 interface.
