Yes, you can plug in two Toshiba 2TB external drives simultaneously, as long as both are USB-powered (most 2.5-inch drives are). The hub has enough ports and 5Gbps shared bandwidth, which is sufficient for simultaneous data access. However, if the drives are 3.5-inch desktop models that require separate AC power, they will still work but need to be plugged into wall outlets. Also, ensure your host device (laptop) can deliver enough power through its USB-C port to support both drives. For most USB-C laptops, this is fine.
