If you can position the antenna so the front and the back are aimed at the TV towers in both directions, you should be able to pick them up clearly. I would run a couple tests first before permanently installing the antenna to any surface, such as a roof or in your attic. To test the antenna, set it in the place where you want to install it. Connect a coaxial cable (sold separately) from the antenna to the f-type connector on the back of your TV, and run a channel scan using your TV remote control. If you are not receiving all the available channels in your area, move the antenna a couple feet in either direction and scan the channels again. You may have to perform this task a couple times until you've achieved the best possible signal at your location. Obstructions, terrain and other factors can cause signal disruption. The TV towers are 1500 feet high, so the higher you can get your antenna, then better you will receive the signals. You can see all the available channels in your area by clicking on this link and entering your zip code: https://www.antennasdirect.com/transmitter-locator.html.
