A:Answer Hi there! With any antenna placing it at the highest point you can, will achieve the best signal reception possible. The placement does matter, however, if you are placing it outdoors instead of indoors you should have no issues receiving all the available channels for your area as long as the antenna is facing the closest broadcast towers. We do have a free app called Antenna Point you can download to your iOS or Android phone. Once you download, the app will identify your location.
