You may want to go to the support website for AOC and download the drivers for this monitor. It does have a sweet where you can adjust settings. Also make sure your cables are plugged in the nice and snug and secure. Also you may want to collect your display settings and see if you have the proper orientation refresh rate and aspect ratio.

If so, right click anywhere on the main screen of your desktop. then go to display settings, then discover additional monitors, or go to advanced options and select dropdown bar and select the extend screen option. Or the duplicate screen option. If you have an AMD Graphics card there will be an EYEFINITY tab, click on that and go to second monitor options, or just do the EyeFinity quick setup to get your card to quickly discover the second monitor, then adjust to your needs from there. if one of these steps is not taken your pc defaults to only 1 display hopefully this helps
