Does this have HDMI 2.1 and can it run with 120hz null

No, this is an HDMI 2.0 monitor. If you are looking to play at 4k 120 Hz on a monitor then you won't get that to at least Q2 of 2021 and even then it would probably be more than a ps5 or x box series x. What I would recommend is to buy a monitor like this and play games at 1080p at 120 Hz rather than 4k 120 Hz since you would only get Hdmi 2.1 on some high-end TVs.
