My best guess would be yes depending on what the voltage and power draw of the chair was... but from the amount of items I have powered by the unit I would imagine so.

I would make sure it doesn't draw over 360 watts of power because anything over that would overload the UPS. The unit would have 2.5 minutes of runtime at full load (360 Watts). At half load (180 Watts) the runtime it would be around 10.3 minutes.
