Does this keep my phone charged if I'm camping? null

If you are talking about cell phones, then yes. But you will have to have the ability to plug this in to an AC source after several hours of use. While the cell charger won't draw much power, the inverter (12v battery to 120V AC) does also use power. Best if you power down when not needed to recharge your phone(s).

It can, but there are much more portable battery packs that are cheaper, more powerful, and better suited for camping. If you're just looking to charge a cell phone, I would recommend looking at battery packs over something like this.

Well, I believe it would but keep in mind this unit is the size of a car battery. I would look for smaller large capacity batteries designed for mobile use.
