I talked to APC directly about determining the wattage of whatever product you want to protect. They said if you have the manufacturer's manual of the product, the wattage should be listed. If not, contact the manufacturer the model number and they should be able to tell you.

The Xbox One would draw around 112 watts so I would just verify the power draw of the TV to make sure it would overload the UPS.
