Does it come fully charged? null

No, mine had a charge but was not fully charged upon arrival. The batteries lose charge over time and are designed to be recharged.

Yes. It comes fully charged, you must connected the battery during installation. It's comes disconnected.

NO back up comes fully charged, whenever buying a back always allow at least 24 hrs for it to fully charge. Plan on it only being between 30 and 50% charged for factory testing.

Yes, it does. You will have to take the battery out and turn it around/over to activate it, but it is fully charged.

Pretty confident that it does not come fully charged.....
