• easily can handle all web applications, you only need a fast connection through wifi for You tube, I would still get an outside toy though, youtube offers no activity for a child and theres a lot there you may not want them looking at

• It is new and the latest model. Mine use it all the time for YouTube. It’s when they download videos (like TikTok) that add up quickly and take up a lot of storage space.
