I like the Apple instant transfer between my iPad and IPhone. I suggest for a pc you transfer your photos to a cloud like free Google account or the like and then download the ones you to your iPad. I use the Apple cloud and Google cloud but there are others. You can print your photos from your iPad but unless you have a great printer you might be happier with a service like Walgreens or any photo printer. There is an adapter you can buy from Apple to transfer photos from your camera card to your iPad too. I don’t use a pc so good luck.
