How can I transfer data and apps from an older iPad? null

If you know your Apple ID and password, you can back up your old iPad to iCloud, then set up the new iPad using the backup. That would transfer everything you downloaded, such as photos, apps, and messages. The data stored within each app (such as game progress) might not save in a backup. It depends on the app.

I just bought a new iPad and all the data transferred easily except for the saved passwords...Just FYI
