I recently bought a iPad Pro serial number DMPVQDUQHP50 ,do they have a hot spot?It does not show it in settings. If it doesn’t I will be very disappointed,Iwas not told that this one did not have a hot spot. null

No, to set up a personal hotspot, you need the wifi and cellular iPad.  The hot spot is in the settings for the cellular model.

If it is just the WIFI version then no. If it is the Cellular version then it would.
I just use my phone as a WIFI hotspot and run the IPAD off of that.
