No, to set up a personal hotspot, you need the wifi and cellular iPad. The hot spot is in the settings for the cellular model.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If it is just the WIFI version then no. If it is the Cellular version then it would. I just use my phone as a WIFI hotspot and run the IPAD off of that.
