How much disk space and is it SSD? null

iPads do not have disk drives, they have NAND flash, which is the same technology as an SSD, but it is on the motherboard, not in an encapsulated drive enclosure. There are 3 different storage sizes, 64gb, 256gb, and 512gb. Each one has a different price point.

It’s 256GB and it’s Flash storage! SSDs are used in laptops!

256 Megabytes. You can buy them in 64 megabytes as well and one larger than the one I bought.
