I personally made an appointment and went to BestBuy to purchase my iPad. If you are trading in an iPad, make sure you know your Apple password, so the salesman can reset your old iPad. Also, ensure all iCloud backups are on and up to date for data transfer to new iPad. I recommend going to the store, than by mail, for this process, as there will inevitably be questions. The process will be easier and faster.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We purchased a new iPad resently. We could have it shipped to our residence and receive it in 2 days or wait 11 days for the store to receive it. We chose shipping to us. While at the store to purchase it, we made an apply for the day after it being delivered, to take it back to Bedt Buy and have them transfer info from the old iPad to new iPad, than wipe the old iPad. In store time to accomplish it was maybe 15 minutes. The peace of mind in knowing everything was done correctly a securely, was worth the time!!
