how do i use it without an Apple pencil or keyboard null

You can use any app on the ipad without the Apple pencil or keyboard. It is just like any phone device. You can view Web sites with the brower. The pencil or keyboard are only optional but are not required for this / any apple device.

That response made my decision. No ipad for me due to poor customer service.
