• I think you should be able to transfer everything if you back it up on your iCloud on original device 1st then you should have access on your iPad too.

• Yes , you can transfer photo directly to iPad from MacBook Pro . In regards to Amazon fire 10 tablet , first connect to iPad by blue tooth and transfer photos and if it does not work , then use email to transfer photos.
