No just the ability to connect with an available wi fi system that you have a password to or has free access
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Short answer is no. All iPads are wifi capable. It does not mean you get free wifi. You still need to pay an internet provider for a connection and have appropriate modem/router from ISP or buy your own. Now you can get wifi access at a library or coffee shop but public wifi connections are very risky and you need VPN and/or security software to be safe. Nothing is really free because the coffee shop expects you to buy coffee while you are there;)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, this iPad has the normal wifi option that is commented to any network and has a chip to place a line and wifi with any phone, on it you could receive phone calls and be connected to wifi at all times, but you have to pay for it.
