• You can backup your old iPad to iCloud (or to a computer) and recover from the backup onto the new iPad. The basic iCloud account (free) is probably not enough storage to transfer your photos over, but if you use iTunes on Windows or just connect to a Mac and you can backup and recover through a Mac or PC. If you are a Windows user, you would need to download iTunes and the iCloud app (both are Apple apps available in the Microsoft "store").
