Yes!! Its called airplay, its on the share menu of any video etc…
You need apple TV or that the Tv accepts air play.

Yes you can but the device has to support air play and the setting should be in your control center. For mirroring I just use a usb-c to hdmi dongle.

Yes.  i forget how but i did google how to turn it off in settings.

if you swipe down from top right corner there is icon that looks like one rectangle in front of another, use that one

normally you can only do it to apple tv with aall apple devices by swiping down from the top right of the screen and pressing the rectangle in a rectangle button. hoped this helped.
