• You can use ms office 365 and they do have a word app. And emails they have google email and office email

• Yes, you can download Google/Gmail app and send/receive emails. Microsoft word is also available but does not work as a normal windows computer. However, Apple operating system has its own text editor.

• Yes, you can send and receive emails and use Google through the browser and Google's various apps. I don't know about Microsoft Word, as I am not a subscriber, but I would think so — however, you would probably want to invest in a keyboard for your iPad if you want to do a lot of word processing.
