Separate purchases, lots of decent keyboard cases out there at various price ranges, though I would caution getting anything too cheap. Apple’s own “magic” option is awesome - but at a premium cost that almost doesn’t work for iPad. The pencil on the other hand is a little different case. For max compatibility and function it’s hard to beat the Apple Pencil 2 for both function and ease of use, but there are alts out there that are pretty decent for cheaper - non that I know of totally stack up to what Apple offers at their premium price though. Also, in regard to discounts on both cases and pencils, you’ll find a lot more deals on the 3rd parties than with Apple branded stuff.
