No. This may be an iPad with a large screen, but it is still just an iPad. If you want to do work on another computer you can use a screen sharing app, or if you want to get more advanced, get an Apple Pencil and get the Astropad Studio app. This lets you use your iPad Pro like a Wacom cintiq and use 3d modelers, photoshop, or any other programs on your Mac.

No, you can only download IOS.
