Apple has free different programs like excel, word etc, very useful. So you don’t have to be worried about it.

Apple has similar apps that ship pre-installed on the iPad (or can be purchased for free on the App Store if you bought a new device). The app correspondence is like: Page -> MS Word Numbers -> MS Excel Keynote -> MS Powerpoint They are not drop in replacement and have very different UIs and will take some getting used to. But for basic functionality they are pretty good.

You can purchase Microsoft’s Office for the iPad Pro. No problem at all. I’ve used Word and Excel on the new unit and they both work very well.
