Charges pretty fast but don’t hold the charge long

The iPad doesn’t take long to charge at all. The battery life depends on how many apps you have running. But by far out of all the previous iPads I’ve had before, the battery life is awesome.

It depends on what kind of charger you use. The included charger will charge it from dead to full in a couple of hours. You can charge it with any USB-C cable off of most power blocks but lower power bricks will charge it slower. I recommend using the included charging brick or buying a high power USB-C Power Delivery (PD for short) charger from a reputable third party company such as Anker.
