Does this have cellular as wifi capacity? null

This only has Wi-fi Cellular models are more expensive. I don’t really have a need for two phones so I save the money.

Not sure that I understand the question, but you can get one with wifi only or with wifi + cellular. Just depends on what you buy. Mine is wifi only.
