No, it does not. Bluetooth or WiFi. Based on your comment, I’d suggest the laptop. When I reopen my LLC in a few years, I’ll get a Mac Book to add to my iPad Pro and iPhone 13. My iPad Air lasted me 10 years until I could no longer update certain apps on it. I only used a Mac Book for 9 months back in 2008 but I’m sure the Apple quality will give it a longer shelf life than a regular laptop.

There are no USB ports however there are things from Apple that you can buy to facilitate that or you could use wireless printing.

If you have older equipment you will need an adaptor, or more likely a hub. Google to see the different kinds of USB ports and make sure yours is covered before you buy.

The iPad Pro has a usb-c port but you shouldn’t need the port to hook up a printer directly to it. You should be able to utilize the AirPrint feature to be able to do it wirelessly between the two as long as you have a compatible print.

It does have a USB port to charge so you Could print with the appropriate printer cord. My printer is an air printer so I just downloaded an app which was free. Works great.
