• I believe so, the individual apps can be downloaded and ran on the iPad device or one can subscribe to the Microsoft 360 online service

• You sure can. I have access to 365 through school and I use Word, Excel and PowerPoint on my iPad Pro all the time. I believe there are also free versions of the apps that have less features but still provide basic functionality.
