What does it mean it is unlocked null

It means that it is not locked to a carrier. So say you sign a contract with AT&T and it has poor service where you use the device, you can cancel that service and immediately take it to T-Mobile or Verizon, etc. You can use it on any carrier that supports the bands of the modem that is in it, when you want and dont have to wait until a service agreement expires.

It is open to owner either through paws and or Face ID.
