I got mine with Cellular, but the basic model does not have Cellular.

No this is just the wifi model.

Mine doesn't come as a cell phone, but you can make calls to Apple devices with FaceTime, you can also make video calls and send iMessages.

Mine does not but you can get them with it.

Under specification it states on Bluetooth and WiFi. No cellular
