Go to store and select a card where you determine amount of card. Might have to use multiple cards and have them add each one to their account for total amount. I sent cards to close family members just used multiple cards for each person and they added to their own account for credit on iTunes and App Store and used at their own leisure and pace.

That is impossible. Best Buy is limit of $250 and you should not send that much to anyone. I would ask if you are being scammed. Do not send any money to anyone you do not know personally. It is a big lie. Tell them to find help elsewhere

No, and will probably tagged as fraud. Why would you do this? iTunes cards are for using on iTunes only.
