• Mine was the same way. I couldn't figure it out either. But then, ah, they said no password, so everytime it asked me for a password, I just left it blank and hit enter. Bingo. I don't like passwords. I'm always forgetting them. Lol Hope this might help you.

• I had the same thing happen. I eventually restarted the computer, wiped it cleaned and that solved the problem.
