Can I download nexflix, also can I FaceTime null

iPad mini comes with a variety of pre-installed apps including Messages, FaceTime, Safari, Mail, Calendar, Photos, and more. The App Store has even more apps, designed to take advantage of the power and large display of iPad mini.

It has the App Store so I don't see why you couldn't download Netflix... And yes you can FaceTime, my iPad actually rings rather than my iPhone when I have a FT call coming in though.
