- Answer I just bought the iPad 5 mini a few weeks ago and am super happy with it! Perfect size and definitely great for FaceTiming. As long as WiFi is good, you don’t need the data-connected plan. I got the WiFi only model and got a Speck case also from Best Buy that protects it and props it up too which is really helpful.

- Answer Hello there, You get everything after you pay. if you want it delivered you will get the software before you get the ipad. You receive it on your email. but if your picking it up , you get them after you pay.

- Answer FaceTime doesn't work unless you have Cellular (phone) plan for the iPad. You can stream content over Wi-Fi.

- Answer It means that you can set up a data plan with any carrier like ATT, Verizon, T-Mobile to have cellular data and not have to be connected to WiFi. It lets you use the tablet all the time.
