• Yes!!! The only thing is i would buy a silicone case for the inside to not get sweaty and easy to clean. Those are $10 on amazon!

• I use them in the gym just find, but many people prefer earbuds for things like running or exercising compared to actual headphones, if you are one who doesnt mind the “clunk” per say of these kind of headphones when working out then yes they are as comfortable as any other headphone

• In my opinion, no they would not be idea for this. However, it is only because they trap the heat in and that is extremely uncomfortable to me.
