This AirPods comes with a medium ear tips as well as a set of xsmall/ small and large tips that you can change to fit your ear. So far they stay put in my ears.

I had the same concern because of wired ones I got with earlier iphone. But, I noticed there seemed to be some difference and went into the Apple to try on the demos. I know that's a pain. However, I understand you can afford to have these falling out considering the cost. Therefore, I'd suggest you try on the store demos. By the way, they took care to ensure they were clean.
