Does this work with android? null

Yes. Limited use I terms of synergy with other Apple products but they can still pair

I have the S21+. Is that new enough for them to sync to? I'm looking for the hearing aid feature...

“ from my experience, I believe you can use them, but you have to have a certain software/App for them to run properly, and it’s gotta be one of the newest android’s out on the market .. But I’m not an android user so I can’t personally give you the best advice!! Hope this helps!?
