“If I buy apple care along with my purchase how does it get activated?”

If you buy it in person just ask a salesperson they should help you, if you get it delivered to you then set it up yourself. Go to settings, and apple coverage should be the first thing you see, click on it and it should say you are covered. If you still have questions contact apple support

You can either choose the AppleCare and pay for the 3 years and/or monthly and have it as long as you’d like. You’ll know what type of Care you can receive depending on the device. But, it immediately goes on your device immediately and you’ll receive information about it.
