Why are rubber tips coming off? null

They fit so much than the ones without the rubber tips. You find the perfect match because there's more than one. Whoever tip you can attach to them and adjust to your ear everywhere in my house loves them

Insert it properly or do a fit test its in the settings of the phone

They're detachable, so that you can swap them out for smaller or larger sizes, they should only come off if you pull them off. If they are consistently falling off, it's likely damaged
