• We purchased them at Best buy without a plan or you can apply for a Best buy card to pay for them

• The only payment plan would be with Best Buy credit card. Otherwise I’ve been hearing you can actually also purchase them with your carrier and I believe they give you payment plans just like when buying a new iPhone.
