Is the volume controlled via AirPods or iPhone? null

The volume is controlled by the phone.

It’s through your iPhone. Or you can use the hey Siri function & tell her what % volume you’d like without grabbing your phone out.

You can use your phones volume buttons and also use Siri with the AirPods to control the volume. Simple “hey Siri put my volume to etc”

I believe you can only control the volume via your phone but I know you can pause and play whatever you’re listening to right on the actual airpods

If you google this, you can find the answer, being •No”, but you can double tap on them to change to the next song
