• Hello, You will have to take your Airpods to an Apple Store with a proof of purchase. If you do not have the Proof of Purchase, they won't help you out. It will cost $69 to get the other part. If you one of those lucky people that was able to purchase Apple Care with the Airpods, it would be only $29 to fix it.
