“Can current owners comment about how comfortable they are? They appear to look very similar to the head phones Apple throws in with new phones. Is the fit similar? Thank you”

At first they weren't comfortable at all. I purchased a pair of silicone covers and that made it a lot better but is a bit of a hassle taking it on and off (since they can't stay on when you charge them). However, I played a bit with the placement in my ears and they not fit a lot better and I don't feel them at while when wearing them.
