• No they do not. Apple does not yet produce a wireless charging pad.

• They wireless charge feature is a convenience so does the iPhone 8 and later so you don’t have to worry about Apple special cords. The chargers use inexpensive USB cables.

• No it does not come with a charging pad, but the wireless case will charge up your airpods while on the Go until the case is low then it will light up red or no light

• No. It doesn’t come with the charging pad. Only the cord (the same you would use for your phone). But, once you place the pods back in wireless charging case, they begin charging again. And a pretty quick charge at that.... I usually get two full charges with just using the case itself.
