Do you cariy a DVD’ player to use with a macbook null

I have an external USB drive I use for optical media with my MacBook computers. It is an LG Slim Portable Writer, Model GP50NB40. I have another that is newer and both work very well with iTunes and the DVD software on my Macs. BestBuy had these drives in stock and at excellent pricing. Should still be available.
