- Answer Yes it is. It’s STILL great for those who like to play games, watch YouTube, stream shows, and listen to music. And you can still do things like email and other things on it too. Unless you need it for more powerful things like newer graphic art apps, you might look at the newer iPads, the iPad mini 5, and the iPad pro lines

- Answer Since this is a WI-Fi only device, it does not have GPS. It must have cellular capabilities to be able to us GPS.
