I know this answer is a little late, but in case you haven’t gotten your answer, the answer is no, they don’t have a dock. They do have a carrying case that sleeps the headphones when stored and wakes them when removed. Depending on the TV’s Bluetooth settings, the headphones could possibly auto-connect when removed from the case, but it’s not guaranteed.
