• The regular AirPods are new and not refurbished.

• The AirPods arrived in sealed, original Apple packaging and there were no signs of prior use or wear. I have been very pleased with the pair I bought for myself in the fall, that I purchased two additional pairs for each of my daughters for this past Christmas. Saved $30. Times three on the total purchases. Great deal.
