• Definitely NOT new. A little upset how they looked and could’ve used a cleaning to the least.

• Based on what I’ve researched, refurbished products are not new. However they should work like they’re new when you receive the product.

• No, they are apple AirPods but when you trade in AirPods they get fixed and Best Buy fix’s them and sells them.
